Shipping Policy

Every Rise n Squish order ships for free within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 8–15 business days. Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. During busy seasons, such as the weeks before Christmas, deliveries can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your squishies all the way to your door.

Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. No need to worry — they're all on their way.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.

Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
